III. PROCESS OF IMPORTED COSMETICS PROCLAMATION:
Cosmetic proclamation is the first and most important legal procedure in the procedures to be carried out for the business of imported cosmetics.

3.1. Issuing agency: Drug Administration – Ministry of Health
3.2. Time limit for completing the procedures: 10 – 20 working days
3.3. Customer’s documents:

| 3 | Power of Attorney/ Letter of Attorney => CITYLAW will compose the content of the Authorized Letter according to the regulations and send the complete form for customer to prepare | – The POA is authorized by the manufacturer or owner – The POA must have the name, title and signature of the authorized representative – The POA must have authenticated signatures – The POA must be consular legalized |
